The Bug
When building a docker container the script from Download Dev Data part fails.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Set up the docker container step-by-step as described in Readme
  2. Get to Download Dev Data
  3. Encounter the error

Spec
A problem hides in one database: annonars, and more - in it's version (not 0.7.0, but 0.9.0). Changing this should fix the problem.
