Description

Tweaks to the tutorials to make them run without issue.
Closes #208

This includes :

  • Remove timestamps for time series data prep tutorial
  • include note to install plotly for the hyperparameter optimization tutorial
  • Add more testing of tutorials
    • Keep subset of tutorials for pr tests
    • add all testable tutorials to once-a-month test with github actions
  • Configure colab tutorials to pull directly from github versions
  • Update tutorials to be able to be run directly with colab
