Build failure on fork firetest PR #3 run 25685301642: playwright base image ships `pwuser` at UID/GID 1000, so the unconditional `groupadd --gid 1000` aborts with "GID '1000' already exists". Guard the group and user creates with getent/id probes so the layer is idempotent across base-image variants that may or may not ship the user.
