Allow wildcard in patches search folder path

This PR adds the functionality to add wildcards to the path of folders to search in

Example configuration for this would be

    "extra": {
        "patcher": {
            "search": ["patches", "app/code/<vendor>/*/patches", "vendor/<vendor>/*/patches"]
        }
    }
