- Clear top/bottom margin on the first/last paragraph, list, or other block content (except headings).
- Make the list indentation sane.
- Avoid toolbar background from bleeding outside the container.

LGTM. Thanks for improving the CSS for lists indentation, I wasn't really sure about it.
Removal of margins around list items makes lists look slightly differently compared to a bunch of paragraphs, which we might address by introducing support for soft line-breaks - see vaadin/flow-components#6302. But that's a separate topic.
