chgrp: add --from option #7039
Description
The new option --from=OWNER:GROUP was added to chgrp in GNU coreutils v9.5 (see the announcement here https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/coreutils-announce/2024-03/msg00000.html), but uutils chgrp does not yet have support for that option.
This missing feature is causing a failure in the GNU test file tests/chgrp/from.sh.
