Use translated day of week values for calendar as per issue (#3879)

Design decisions:
Used the existing translations but some of these are 3 char translations vs the 2 char strings that are currently used in the calendar. e.g. English was Mo for Monday but after translating the value is Mon. From testing this looks to not be an issue for most languages. I did notice Hindi has no spaces, but need to evaluate if this can be fixed with a translation update or if CSS needs to be used for just a select view languages
