Describe the bug
The cateogory dropdown on the Create Project Form is not working.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to Create Project
Click on Category Dropdown
Choose a category
The dropdown doesn't close and your selection doesn't show

Expected behavior
The dropdown should close after selection and the selection option should show in the field.
