Model selector - Downloaded GGUF quants can be pinned from the quant row (next to the settings and delete actions). Pinned quants show at the top of On Device under a Pinned heading as model name plus a grey quant chip and load directly with one click. Non GGUF cached repos pin as a whole. - Toned down the green of the downloaded label. Fix - Clicking an image attachment in chat now opens the preview overlay. The tooltip trigger wrapper called preventDefault before composed handlers ran, which made Radix DialogTrigger skip opening.

Adds an Export action to the Archived chats view in Settings > Data that downloads only the archived chats as a JSON backup (their threads, messages and projects). The button sits in the archived header row and appears only when archived chats exist.
Split the archived-chats export into a dependency-free filter (archived-chat-export.ts) and a shared JSON download helper (download-json.ts). Skip the download when nothing is archived so a stray call never drops an empty file. No behavior change to the button.

…e check (unslothai#11763) * Pin the legacy store outcome in the failed-delete data settings check The failed-delete check asserted that the Clear chats confirmation closes when the backend refuses the clear. The app closes it only when the legacy IndexedDB clear succeeds: with both stores failed, clearStoredChats throws and the confirmation stays open, armed for a retry, by design since unslothai#7029. Which of the two happens is decided by the legacy store gate (unslothai#9446). Any legacy read slower than 1 s shuts it for the life of the page, after which a clear reports the legacy store as failed. Firefox on the Windows runner occasionally crosses that line, and the check then fails at line 216 with the confirmation still on screen. Seen on main at 288b1a3 and on unslothai#11730 and a87d180, with Chromium passing in the same job. The fixture now refuses legacy writes on request, so the check drives the outcome it asserts instead of inheriting whatever the gate did earlier: the clear settles, the confirmation is still open with its action and switch re-enabled, no chat is lost, and Cancel closes it with no further delete. It is pinned to the confirmation by its switch, not `.last`, which slides onto Settings once the confirmation goes. * Record the dialogs still mounted when the data settings check fails A Firefox run on the Windows runner failed in reset() with one hidden dialog left 5 s after closing Settings, and the only evidence was a blank screenshot. The report now lists every [role=dialog] still in the DOM with its data-state, display, opacity and running animations, so the next occurrence says whether an exit animation held the dialog or something else kept it mounted.

Adds a dedicated Data tab to the settings sidebar, placed under Connections. All chat data management moved there from the Chat tab, which now only holds chat behavior settings.

Downloaded GGUF quants now have a pin action on the quant row, next to the inference settings and delete actions. Pinned quants appear at the top of the On Device list under a Pinned heading, rendered as the model name with the quant as a grey chip, and load directly with one click, no expansion needed. Non GGUF cached repos (Safetensors, MLX) can still be pinned as a whole model. Pins persist in localStorage.
Also toned down the green of the downloaded label in the quant list slightly.

Clicking an image attachment in a chat message did nothing. The custom tooltip trigger wrapper called
preventDefaultbefore running composed handlers, so the RadixDialogTriggerwrapping the attachment tile skipped opening its preview. The wrapper now runs the composed handler first and prevents default afterwards, which keeps the tap to toggle tooltip behavior working. Image attachments now open a large preview overlay on click.Testing
Update
The uploaded files list now shows a thumbnail preview for image attachments (lazy loaded from the stored bytes) and a grey uppercase file type chip (WEBP, PNG, PDF, and so on) next to each file name. Non image rows show a file icon.
Update: export archived chats
The Archived chats view under Settings > Data now has an Export button in the header row next to the title. It downloads only the archived chats as a JSON backup (their threads, those threads' messages, and any projects they belong to), using the same format as Export chat history. The button appears only when there are archived chats, and shows a spinner while exporting. Note the full Export chat history already includes archived chats; this is a scoped export for the archive on its own.
