…missed Follow-up to #6097. The update banner appeared 8s after load and auto-hid after about 10s. Show it about 1s after a newer prebuilt is detected and keep it up until the user dismisses it (click outside or the X) or runs the update; it stays during an in-progress update so the progress is visible.

Summary
Follow-up to #6097. The in-app "Update llama.cpp" banner appeared 8 seconds after load and faded on its own after about 10 seconds. This makes it show about 1 second after a newer prebuilt is detected and keep it up until the user acts on it.
What changed
hooks/use-llama-update-check.ts: first check delay 8s to 1s; removed the 10s auto-hide entirely (the banner now stays visible once surfaced). The hourly re-check and the apply/poll flow are unchanged.components/llama-update-banner.tsx: dismiss when the user clicks anything outside the banner (in addition to the existing X button and Update). The outside-click handler is disabled while an update is applying so the progress stays visible.Testing
