Documentation updates related to the 13.7 and 15.3 releases:

• Added details of additional settings for models builder - see Provides an option to remove the inessential version number from the generated models Umbraco-CMS#18081
• Added details of additional setting for allowing members with duplicate email addresses - see Review: Allow Duplicate Email for Members Umbraco-CMS#16202

@AndyButland - According to the release calendar, Umbraco 13.7 isn't released for another 2 weeks, and 15.3 RC is 3 weeks away 🤔

We are releasing the release candidate for 13.7 tomorrow so that's why I was thinking of getting it out. But you are probably right that it's better to wait for a couple of weeks. The particular things here will likely be found via the fixed issues if anyone is interested in then. I'll update the description.

Alright. Since you already added another PR with changes for 15.3, would it make sense to add the 15.3 changes from this PR to that instead?
Then this will only be 13.7, and we could release it tomorrow? 🤔

Sorry, I've made a bit of a mess I know in combining these two - it seemed easier when I was making the updates but less so now! I think though it'll be OK to just release this in a couple of weeks. Still on time for 13.7 and just a bit before 15.3.

As you say, anything else for 15.3 will go in a new PR we can publish as appropriate just for that release.
