Description
Adds a Table Properties menu item to the Table toolbar menu in the Tiptap RTE.
Selecting this option will open a sidebar modal with the configurable table properties.
To note, this PR contains customisations to the Tiptap
TableViewclass. We'll need to keep an eye on its behaviour of custom CSS styles.
