Description:

This commit adds HIDE_IAU and HIDE_LIAU tags to the global_control.nml.IN namelist. These were requested by Global Workflow, which would allow them to use the namelist templates in their scripts moving forward.

Commit Message:

* UFSWM - Add @[HIDE_IAU] and @[HIDE_LIAU] tags as needed in global_control.nml.IN
