DESCRIPTION OF CHANGES:
The update/fix of master branch (#71) updated several README files to build the latest and greatest versions of all software in the app, but the updates were incomplete/incorrect for Cheyenne (intel) and Orion (intel). This update fixes those problems.
TESTS CONDUCTED:
Ran build tests with new README instructions on both platforms; both built all executables successfully.
