@JeffBeck-NOAA, when I run the environment files, they are changed to the old versions (w3emc; 2.91->2.90 on Hera, 2.91->2.73 on Orion, and rocoto; 1.3.0rc2->1.2.4).

Oh, interesting! I guess those are still the default versions, and it's what is being loaded now anyway. Thanks for clarifying!
