DESCRIPTION OF CHANGES:
Versions in machine files updated to MET/METplus 10.1.1/4.1.1, which allow use of new configuration features, and unused module loads were removed from modulefiles, as the paths in config or machine files are used to set the location of MET/METplus. Verification configuration files updated to use MET-derived variables such as dewpoint, and to change quality marker use settings.
TESTS CONDUCTED:
MET_verification and MET_ensemble_verification passed on Hera and Cheyenne.
ISSUE:
Addresses #754 and #696.
