DESCRIPTION OF CHANGES:
Currently, the SRW App does not have the ability to output synthetic satellite products via the UPP. This PR is an enhancement to include this capability. Changes are made to the regional workflow exregional_run_post script, and workflow config settings.
TESTS CONDUCTED:
Tested on Cheyenne and Hera using the Intel compiler for a 6hr forecast.
