It might work. I don't have OS X, but I confirmed by pressing Atl+F. It opens File menu, but it execute following links, previously.. |

This changes support more modifiers on key bindings such as
<A-X>(Alt+X) and<C-S-Y>(Ctrl+Shift+Y). But I dont recommend modifiers other than Ctrl because they conflicts with OS shortcut.This changes also fix #88 since all modifiers are detected in keyboard event.
