Introduction of two extra dynamic_attribute options

  • SPAWNER_USER_ATTRIBUTE
  • LDAP_FIRST_SEARCH_ATTRIBUTE_QUERY

Also added the ability to define new spawner_attributes instead of just redefining existing once.
