[Not Sure] Support for paid/paywalled schematics

Users would be required to upload a schematic in order for us to generate a list of dependencies and maybe a materials list. I will ask some builders for feedback on how much information they would want to show about a schematic.

• Schematics need to be clearly marked as paid/paywalled
• Download link would be changed to a Patreon/Paywall link
• Not sure if everyone should have access to this feature
• Needs to prevent linking to malicious sites.

The positive thing about a feature like this is that it would bring more schematics to the site but the negative aspect is that it may encourage more users to paywall their schematics instead of giving them away for free and I am not sure I want to encourage that. I prefer to share schematics freely and like that others do so too and I have nothing against builders using sites like Patreon to get paid for their work. The question here is if paid/paywalled schematics is right for createmod.com.
