Description

Update .gitignore file.

Motivation and Context

plotly was added to composer.json in #1473 (https://github.com/ubccr/xdmod/pull/1473/files#diff-d2ab9925cad7eac58e0ff4cc0d251a937ecf49e4b6bf57f8b95aab76648a9d34R236), but wasn't added to the .gitignore file.

Tests performed

Install plotly and check if git ignores it or not:

composer install
git status

Checklist:
