Description
Adds additional text about the known versions of PHP and MySQL that are compatible with Open XDMoD. Also add
sql_mode = ''to the recommended MySQL configuration example.Motivation and Context
We've been getting more support requests from people using incompatible versions of PHP and MySQL.
