A simple extension to switch typescript versions

Features

Install and switch between typescript versions.

Run the "Switch TS Version" command once
Choose a version to install
Run the "Switch TS Version - set workspace tsdk" or "Switch TS Version - set global tsdk" command
Run the "TypeScript: Select TypeScript Version..." commmand and choose the one matching the version you installed

From now on the "Switch TS Version" command will restart the TS server under the selected version
