Next release planning (4.2.1)

• There's already plenty of merged good stuff in master, including mypy 1.3.0 for compatible-mypy.
• As mentioned in last release notes, Python 3.7 support and Django 4.0 support has been dropped.
• The TypedModelMeta feature is now fixed (it was deferred from last release, Next release planning (4.2.0) #1450 (comment))
