Add rollback and write query fetch tests after server fixes

Usage and product changes

We add a write query fetch test to the driver package to verify that fetch answers are correctly returned for write queries just like for read queries (typedb/typedb#7297).

Additionally, we uncomment rollback tests in both connection and driver packages to allow this feature's testing after an implemented fix (typedb/typedb#7300).
