A python script to fetch UserId, provided you have Username or ScreenName of the User.
This is a simple python script making use of Twython Wrapper over Twitter API to fetch UserId. This Script have builtIn Resolution to avoid Rate Limiting. Script Goes to sleep automatically based on Rate limits. This Script works well when you have a lot Usernames whoes corresponding UserIds are to be fetched.
