Fixes

Since installing client tools for standard keypair signing is deprecated, migrating to code signing using binaries by following this guide: https://docs.digicert.com/en/digicert-keylocker/ci-cd-integrations-and-deployment-pipelines/plugins/github/binary-signing-using-github-actions.html#migrate-to-digicert-binary-signing-1192131.
