I have gone through the datasheet and added the rest of the missing commands from the API. some restructuring was needed to get the Bus commands to work without the associated servo. Broadcast packets and motor synchronization is also implemented.

fix the cmd value for enableAll and disableAll
The servo drivers only work with older versions of the esp32 toolchain. Users are advised to use a recommended environment setup and ESP32 dev boards.
Update README.md to include a recommended environment setup
