v1.3: Update for New Rules

Adds titles for new macOS Sequoia rules.

v1.2: Fix local time error

Fixes issue #2 when running on a non-US time locale. Full fix requires use of Sonoma v3.0 or new macOS Security Baseline.

Contains new client script

v1.1: Fix logic for 100% compliance formatting

Fixes an issue where 100.0 was treated differently from 100 causing the compliance badge to be red instead of green.
