Overview

This library allows access to serial port based devices from Mac OS X or Windows.

Features

LispWorks Serial Port provides:

• Low-level stream oriented operations on the serial port,
• Responder for representing the serial device as a LispWorks process,
• SLIP encoding and decoding routines.

The library has been tested under the following implementations:

• LispWorks Enterprise 64 bits for Mac OS X,
• LispWorks Professional 32 bits for Windows.

Testing on other platforms, including Linux, would be welcome.
