Transmit the Kitty raster image once (a=t) and pan/zoom via a=p placement crops instead of deleting + re-transmitting every frame, eliminating the per-step flash on Kitty/Ghostty. Double-buffers on a real pixel change; skips the pre-delete when geometry is unchanged. Adds RasterImageCommand.SourceRect/SourceVersion and ImageView.ZoomLevelChanged, plus tests asserting a pan emits a=p but no a=t/a=d.
