Softcounter:

Tests for softcounter implementation, closes AccessRecorder does not increment maxHeapAlloc correctly in leaky code #45
Separate softcounter and printer (helps with header dependencies)

Misc related to softcounter tests:

Scripts run/apply parse optimization flag properly, closes Scripts require better command line arg parsing #43 and Scripts with optimization flag apply heap instrumentation twice #44
Cmake targets for test folder (should never be built), so an IDE can interpret the source files better
