@tobiasraabe: Would you be so kind to go through this? In particular:

• set the correct target for the azure link
• Make the GETTSIM logo larger (and possibly center it)
• Make the institutional logos smaller so they'll fit in 1-2 lines and end up having similar sizes.

I think the first point is only possible with .rst, right? Because markdown has no option to refer to a different target than the image url. Are you ok with conversion to rst?
