Is there a way to distribute pre-defined filters for filter-in and filter-out and activate one by default?

I created a custom format for my need. Part of analysis I do certain filter-in and filter-out. Instead of typing them everytime. Is there a way to distribute common strings that I use.

Also enable/activate some of them on launch?

Thank you for the project. I am tired of all my random search snippets and found this utility. Hope this would be the last tool I need to tame all my log analysis.
