This PR does a few things:

  1. Bump the version of everything
  2. Fix up the tests that weren’t running
  3. Fix up the code (specifically the deprecated abort call)
  4. Format the code using black and isort
  5. Add tox to run the tests across multiple Python versions (and maybe in the future different sanic versions) along with a GitHub action to run tox
  6. Use tox to lint the code with black and isort
