This PR merges the Nitrokey work on PIV that brings it to a usable state and is available in beta.
It uses trussed-auth for PIN handling, and the RSA-backend-alloc for RSA operations.
It adds support for all standard required PIV functionality, and partial support for Yubikey extensions (especially changing the management key and supporting factory reset).
