fix(aws-bedrock,aws-bedrock-mantle,google-vertex): allow thinking-binding-controls beta - #3078

…ding-controls beta opencode sends thinking.block_binding with the thinking-binding-controls-2026-08-01 beta on Claude 5.1+ models. These allowlists dropped the beta while the gateway still forwarded the field, so Bedrock, Mantle and Vertex rejected every such request with "thinking.adaptive.block_binding: Extra inputs are not permitted".
