Simplify catalog names and move section about multiple catalogs to be directly below the main configuration section.

Just a heads up .. we just noticed this and we will submit a PR to undo this for all catalogs. We need to have different catalog and connector names to avoid user confusion in general and specifically now also with how table functions are invoked. @sheajamba is going to run with this and submit a PR |
