Migrate Delta Lake from deprecated `getStatisticsCollectionMetadataForWrite`. As the added test shows, the behavior does not need a change. The test is copied from Iceberg.

`ConnectorExpressions` utilities already does some trivial simplifications to eliminate TRUE constants from and(...) chains. Add more such.
`ConnectorMetadata.applyJoin` has a deprecated variant. Use the non-deprecated one in Mock connector & tests.
Convert IntelliJ-specific suppression into annotation that javac obeys.
