Description
The setup to build an RPM is migrated to the trino-packages repository. The removal and reduced maintenance there was confirmed with the community.
Do not merge before the trino-packages repo PR is reviewed and merged.
Inclusion of this PR in a release also requires an update to the website, which I will link here as well once I got it ready.
