@electrum pointed out the class is wrong.
The difference between
DeltaLakeFileMetastoreTableOperationsProviderandDeltaLakeThriftMetastoreTableOperationsProvideris the latter has a lock mechanism. It was working without a lock in case of Thrift metastore deployment.Release notes
