At the time of this writing, I don't see the new release neither on https://github.com/apache/iceberg/releases nor on https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/org.apache.iceberg/iceberg-api |

@findinpath this is because apache/iceberg-docs#86 hasn't been merged yet, but the 0.13.2 artifacts are on maven central already. |
