WIP: Update airbase

Description

This updates Airbase to a version that includes an update of the Maven Surefire plugin. The previous attempt was #11900 but was closed because of issues with Surefire.

Note: this is WIP because it's using a snapshot release of Airbase to test if the issues were actually fixed. I ran these tests locally but I want to confirm in the Trino CI too.

These changes will be needed for Airbase 127. I just noticed they didn't get into 126.
