This statistics is not really useful and most of the time Docker engine returns null for it

Some unrelated flakyness of phoenix tests:

Caused by: org.apache.hbase.thirdparty.io.netty.channel.unix.Errors$NativeIoException: bind(..) failed: Cannot assign requested address
