Remove 3 native birds and add infraspecific taxa to protected areas analysis pipelines

This PR:

1. adds a patch to remove the 3 native birds listed in remove native birds from unified checklist unified-checklist#32 (comment) from checklist and occurrence indicators and protected areas analysis
2. infraspecific alien taxa are included in protected areas analysis as discussed with @timadriaens: Get info about alien species at protect area level #73 (comment). They were already present in checklist - occurrence indicators.
