chore(suite): autofix for sort-imports eslint rule

Partial fix for #14190.

The following was done:

• Configuration of eslint modified based on chore: configure ESLint to ensure deterministic order of imports #16233.
• Working directory changed to packages/suite.
• yarn g:eslint --fix run repeatedly until fixed number of warnings was reported.
• Files causing test failures were reverted:
  • packages/suite/src/components/suite/index.tsx
  • packages/suite/src/hooks/wallet/__tests__/useRbfForm.test.tsx
  • packages/suite/src/middlewares/suite/index.ts
  • packages/suite/src/middlewares/wallet/index.ts
  • packages/suite/src/reducers/store.ts
• Files with remaining rule violations (there were like 3) manually reordered.
• Eslint configuration not pushed, will be done in the final PR.
