Implement mobile view MVP

• - reduce margins on main content
• - resize modals to fit
• - add ability to indent/outdent
• - disable/hide "open in new panel" option
• - some way to easily access node menu - maybe a bottom toolbar instead? or keep menu visible for selected node rather than showing on hover
• - clean up top navbar / ensure search is visible
• - collapse the sidebar by default, try out a hover expansion option. increase size of tap area for nav items.
• - main content should fill/fit screen width
• - randomly getting the refresh modal - figure out what's going on
• - what to do about command palette? as long as all of the command palette options are in the node menu, no need to support palette as well right now.
