PR: Prepare CLI Host for Publishing

Prepares the pluginlab CLI host for crates.io publishing with proper metadata, documentation, and structural changes.

Changes

  • Renamed cli-host → pluginlab crate
  • Enabled publish = true in pluginlab/Cargo.toml
  • Added crates.io metadata (description, keywords, categories, license)
  • Added MIT LICENSE and badges to README
  • Fixed crates.io compliance (keywords < 20 chars, max 5 keywords, proper repo URL)

Important: Moved wit/ folder from project root → crates/pluginlab/wit/ - necessary for pluginlab crate publishing.
