This is a portable release, without install need,
which provides the possibility to convert from any Qt4 supported input image-format,
to the other format which we do select in "Output Format" combo-box.
This also works on 64 bit Windows installations with x84_64 CPU, although it's compiled for Intel-architecture 32 bit which is equal to x84.
