Overview

The H1B Dashboard Insights project leverages interactive visualizations created in Tableau to explore the trends and patterns in H1B visa applications and approvals. This project is designed to help users understand the dynamics of H1B sponsorship in the United States through filters, trend analysis, and detailed visual comparisons.

Data Source

The data for this dashboard is obtained from the USCIS H-1B Employer Data Hub:

This source provides comprehensive data on H1B visa applications, making it possible to analyze employer trends, geographical distributions, and temporal patterns.

Dashboard Features

Usage & Customization

You can download the Tableau workbook file from this repository to explore the dashboard offline using Tableau Desktop. For customization:

1. Clone the Repository:

   git clone https://github.com/toofanCodes/H1B-Dashboard-Insights.git

2. Open the Workbook: Open the .twb or .twbx file in Tableau Desktop to modify or extend the dashboard.
3. Update Data: Replace or update the data source as needed, keeping in mind that the current data is based on the USCIS H-1B Employer Data Hub.
